Ways To Help

Prepare & deliver a meal
When a volunteer from a host congregation or civic group agrees to provide “a dinner meal” for the shelter it is a shelter critical assignment. Our families rely on the dinner meal to arrive, prepared and hot at 5:30pm every evening. The meal volunteer purchases the ingredients and cooks the meal at their home, church or other location and delivers it to the shelter. Oftentimes, salads and dessert is brought for the families.

Final bequest to MIHN
MIHN deeply appreciates individuals that think of helping our homeless families with children after they are gone. Our shelter operates on the generosity of individuals and writing a meaningful gift to MIHN into your “Will” ensures that future needy, homeless families with children will be helped in the northern Worcester county region. Please remember MIHN in your will.
